Restore my parental rights and end parental alienation
The Issue
I am writing this petition with a heavy heart and a profound sense of urgency. My name is Ebonnie Ballard, and for the past six years, I have been unjustly separated from my beloved children due to parental alienation. This has been a devastating experience for both me and my children, who are longing to be reunited with their mother and extended family.
My children, have been deprived of my nurturing presence and the loving support of their extended family, which include their doting grandparents, aunts, and uncles, who are eager to rebuild their relationship. We all deserve the chance to be together again, for the mental, emotional, and developmental wellbeing of my children.
Parental alienation is a form of psychological manipulation that can cause long-lasting harm to a child's emotional health. It not only violates my rights as a parent but, most importantly, it denies my children the love and stability they desperately need. According to a 2018 study published in the Journal of Child Custody, children who experience parental alienation can face significant emotional and psychological challenges later in life.
I am calling on the family court systems to reevaluate and restore my parental rights in consideration of the welfare and best interest of my children. It is my earnest plea that my case be revisited and that any false claims or biased judgments against me be thoroughly investigated and rectified.
Reuniting my children with their mother and extended family is not only vital for their happiness, but it is a fundamental human right that should be respected and upheld by our legal system. I implore those in power to take immediate action to correct this injustice.
