I hope you are well. I am reaching out with a brief update to confirm that following our discussion with City of Newcastle last week, our local team have completed a safety assessment and are of the view it is safe to resume deliveries.

We will deliver a letter to each affected resident in the coming days to confirm resumption of services, commencing this Thursday, 13 August.

We will also be asking residents in the area to ensure all incidents involving this animal or other animals in the area are reported promptly to City of Newcastle, to assist their rangers in progressing enforcement actions and maintaining public safety. Further incidents may result in further suspension of deliveries, an outcome I’m sure we would all prefer to avoid.
