City Manager McLaughlin resorts to whoring-out her office to convince the Commission to give away public beach to greedy Bubba Boy Bobby Spottswood and City Atty. Smith, in big-pimpin' style, gives his approval to the dirty deed - all on display in the current resolution to be featured in the City Commission Meeting November 1st.

City Manager McLaughlin's resolution contains the flat out LIES that:

1.) the new non-bathymetric half-a$$ survey she ordered at taxpayer's expense ($2k) from Reece Surveyor shows Spottswood owns the beach (it does not),

2.) the City has no chance of winning a lawsuit (it would most likely win, given the current State Laws the City has ignored 2.5+ years now),

3.) Avirom's surveyor Keith Chee-A-Tow's old, retracted statement is his current opinion that the entire beach belongs to Spottswood (his latest, conveniently hidden by McLaughlin, says it doesn't) and...remarkably -

4.) the City has "no use" for the beach (ignoring the almost 1200 petitioners -you- requesting the beach, the only one serving an entire community on one side of the island, be open for public recreational purposes).

Meanwhile, Mayor Johnston praises McLaughlin for her "hard work" in this matter and the other commission members, some true-blue Spottswood fans just waiting to vote in favor of the public property giveaway to their Bubba-buddy, don't even think about questioning the City Mgr's unethical behavior in this matter.
