The grass grows tall and untamed, speaking volumes about the neglect it suffers from. This green space, located at Kings Highway, Avenue M, E. 34th Street to E. 35th Street in Brooklyn, is a shadow of its former self. It is urgently in need of attention and care.
Fraser Square has the potential to be a cherished recreational area for the community, a place where families can gather, children can play, and residents can enjoy the outdoors. However, due to the current overgrowth and lack of maintenance, it is largely unused, depriving the community of a valuable resource.
We propose a comprehensive plan to not only restore Fraser Square but also enhance its facilities to better serve the community.
