Apex Legends has long had balancing problems, and the person to blame for those balancing problems has been Daniel Klein, lead game designer for Apex Legends. The goal of this petition is to have Daniel Klein replaced as lead game designer by someone who can listen to the community and have a better grasp on how legends need to be balanced.

One of the examples of baffling balancing decisions made by Daniel or overseen by Daniel is how Wattson is handled. The community has long since been asking for a Wattson buff, and yet Daniel refuses to give it to the community, giving the excuse that her win rate is the highest in the game, despite her low win rate and Wattson mains saying she absolutely needs a buff.

Another example is how certain legends don't really even have a passive in the first place. Crypto has no passive; or more accurately, his passive is something that his tactical does. Pathfinder's passive is also useless. Meanwhile, Valk has two passives; flying and being able to track enemies while skydiving.

A more recent and more damning example is the release of Season 10. Despite Daniel's claims that the new character, Seer, would be balanced and require "super high precision," he is absolutely overpowered. His tactical alone goes through walls, has an insane range, disrupts healing and revives, deals damage, shows health, stuns, and blows out your eardrums. How on earth this passed testing is beyond me. There is zero room for outplay. This serious imbalance couldn't have come at a worse time, as streamers are moving from Warzone to Apex Legends. If these streamers don't like what Season 10 of Apex has to offer, there might not be a second chance. 

 All of this is coming from someone who loves Apex Legends; someone who loves shooters. I want the best for this game, and I want to see this game continue to grow. But if Apex doesn't improve, I might have to give my business to other companies. And I'm sure the community feels this way as well.
