UPDATE ON PROGRESS IN GETTING FROZEN PORTUGUES SARDINES BACK TO AUSTRALIA

Hello to all who have signed and supported this petition. I know it has been quite some time and you are probably wondering what is the progress. Well the progress has been slow mainly due to lack of response from the Portuguese government bodies who need to be involved in this.  However today I received a request for an online meeting with the technical director of  the Direcao Geral de Alimentacao Veterenaria. Divisão de Internacionalização e Mercados Direção de Serviços de Estratégia, Comunicação e Internacionalização.  This meeting will take place on the 5th of March and I will provide an update with the outcome. I knew this would take time but we are making slow progress. Thank you for your patience.
