Living in Nellmapius Ex2, recognized as Ext 4 on the map, has become exceedingly difficult due to persistent electricity outages and lack of essential service delivery and accountability from councilor Kholofelo. Each time the power goes out, our household is left struggling to preserve our food, and children's education suffers as their devices remain uncharged, rendering them inaccessible for schoolwork. This is not merely an inconvenience; it is a disruption to our daily lives and a barrier to our children's future.

The city of Tshwane has been plagued with electricity issues that lead to frequent outages, leaving residents without power for weeks at a time. This situation is exacerbated by the lack of effective communication from local councilors Kholofelo about the reasons for these outages or a plan to address them.

Since her inception of being a councilor we had worse electricity issues. She never ever once called a meeting to inform us how to resolve cable theft or why we are always the last to get electricity even though the municipality has restored electricity in all areas affected by watloo power station. Every communication is forced by community members on a WhatsApp group created for issues of electricity to which she sends video being on site where they fix and still end up without electricity for days on end. We don't feel that she service us as community of Ext 4

The service delivery in Tshwane has been inadequate. Roads in many neighborhoods remain unrepaired, interruptions are frequent. These challenges are not only frustrating but contribute to decreased quality of life and lower property values.

To address these pressing issues, it is imperative that the local municipal government take immediate action. This includes:
1.Upgrading and maintaining electricity infrastructure** to prevent unscheduled outages. And inform us of ways we can prevent cable theft if there's any financial resources required we are willing to contribute 
2. Establishing a reliable communication line with residents to provide timely updates and information.
3. Ensuring accountability for service delivery by setting up regular monitoring and feedback systems.

4. Removal of Kholofelo as a council
