This petition is being created to put an end to PMG of Houston force to make homeowners in Sierra Vista pay for additional services they're not wanting. Many residents have moved into the community without even being aware of these fees until after closing on their home. It's time to come together on an issue many of us agree is wrong. The HOA can provide all of the documents they want now, but if you didn't receive them at the time of signing you shouldn't be forced to pay them annually. Even if you did receive documentation,  they shouldn't be able to tell you what you can and can't have inside of your home. Until Sierra Vista receives their own HOA, the residents will need to let PMG of Houston know that this can not continue for present and future residents. Calls and emails to their staff has not worked in the past, so it's time for change.
