On February 23, 1994 I unconstitutionally had custody of my two biological children taken away from me under the pretense of a visit as a result of Headscarf Backlash. A Muslim group was picketing the judge and it was made known to the same judge I was from Pakistan, Dutch born, and a Naturalized American.

I made it known to Judge Judith Whitmer Kozloski by July 1994 I was a victim of domestic violence, racial and country of national origin discrimination. I made it known to San Mateo County Courts that I was a victim of ethnic bias, prejudices, and country of national discrimination August 1994. On the record November 28,1994 I informed Judge Whitmer Kozloski I was before a Kangaroo Court. On November 29, 1994 our Estate/Trust Planning Attorney of marriage, who violated informed consent/conflicts rules, informed Judge Whitmer Kozloski I said she was not fit to be a judge and had reported her to the Commission on Judicial Performance.

Despite leaving the family law bench on December 31, 1994, Judge Judith Whitmer Kozloski took our family law case with her throughout the Courthouse, unlawfully making it of her personal jurisdiction. By summer 1998 Judge Judith Whitmer Kozloski completed my progression into 4th Category Apartheid, not even allowed to see my own children. During 1998 Judge Judith Whitmer Kozloski became the first female Presiding Judge of San Mateo County Superior Court.

Even though I begged so many people to help me, repeatedly of Congresswomen Anna Eshoo and then California State Senator Jackie Speir, no one cared about Asian Hate, Islamophobia, White Privilege Exploitation, or Systemic Racism before Memorial Day 2020. Please sign my petition to remove Judge Judith Whitmer Kozloski from Recognition in the Halls of Justice San Mateo County, replace with The Racial Justice Movement Recognition.
