Mogalakwena Local Municipality continues to be a serious cause for concern after been characterised as dysfunctional.  Despite a progressive legal framework, financial mismanagement, a lack of human resources and poor service delivery combine to give our people no choice but to protest.

An even greater concern is a lack of accountability and response by individuals responsible for the management of the municipality.  Mismanagement, corruption and incompetence as contributing factors facing Mogalakwena Local Municipality.  Failure to maintain infrastructure and bad management is to blame for water shortages, potholes, power failures, sewage, sanitation and roads.
