Councillor Phillip Owen is a bully, he singled out someone with a disability at a meeting because he had a disability.

Councillor Phillip Owen is also a racist, saying that horse and traveling type of people are a biblical plague.

Councillor Phillip Owen  also  approached one of the Gardners and employees and a member of the public outside Mr Olivers facility and offered to pay them to release the lions that have been rescued and kept in strelley,  so that they would be shot by the police. All because he doesn't agree with it and has a vendetta against Mr Oliver.

A full complaint and statements have been submitted to the councill, but has fell on deaf ears. This behaviour is absolutely awful, and I have heard from other residents of Kimberley and nuthall that have had similar issues.

Any man who is in office has no right to go around bullying people councillor Phillip Owen needs to be stopped.
