While it looks intimidating at 166 pages, the first 28 pages are the actual Environmental Assessment Worksheet.  Many of the answers refer to the previous state of the EAW that was missing the included information this supplemented EAW contains.

Other things included:
Appendix A: Appeal Documents (pages 29-55)
Appendix B: Figures (pages 56-58)
Appendix C: Shoreland Ordinance (pages 59-104)
Appendix D: MnDNR Correspondence (pages 105-156)
Appendix E: Additional Noise Information ( pages 157-161)
Appendix F: Noise Resolution (pages 162-166)

The Eagle Lake City Council will make a Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) need decision, prepare of a findings of fact and respond to comments within 30 days of the end of the public comment period.

Why is public engagement this important?  Because studies not existing or being outdated is NOT an excuse for a development to proceed.  Projects such as this proposal do not exist next to wildlife lakes for a REASON.
