This morning we met with the city administrator to discuss the latest developments and the process they were following for the supplemented EAW.  

Long story short - things were messed up and it was owned.  She apologized for the confusion and clarified that the meeting on June 28th will be just a public hearing.  There will NOT be a decision made on the EIS at this meeting and there WILL be a 30 day public comment period hopefully soon. After reviewing the previous communications she could see that the information was incomplete or simply incorrect and plans to make sure the council understands the process as well.  

The public hearing will be the opportunity for the developer to present the project and receive public feedback.  We are encouraging not just our supporters but also the motorsports park supporters to show up at this meeting to get their questions answered.  There have been a lot of rumors over the last 3 years and it's time they were cleared up.
