As all of us residents know, Our Condo board and Cedarcrest Property Management have decided that the pool will NOT be opening this year (2021) due to fears of being sued by someone who may or may not have contracted COVID-19 while utilizing the pool facilities.  

With Gov. Murphy's newly updated guidelines, this seems like a far overreach of power and completely unnecessary.  We as residents need to band together and get our elected board members and management company to re-consider this decision, and do so sooner than June 16th.  If we wait for June 16, and then they give the pool company the go ahead to open, it will still take a few weeks to get the facility ready for guests, and we risk not having it open for the July 4 holiday weekend.
