Residents, 

I am aware that some of you, despite the abundance of issues daily and weekly, are pro-Camden; however, a lot of us are not. There are numerous residents who have lost wages due to Camden's wifi being out on numerous occasions (we are working from home and some of us aren't salary.) There are numerous of us who have not been able to get management to fulfill our maintenance requests. There are numerous of us who have gone months and months and months without ice, filtered water, working water heaters, etc. There are numerous of us that feel unsafe in this community due to poor security and finding men who are not residents sleeping in the halls and tweaking on heroine and other illegal substances. As renters, we DO have rights and we DO have voices, and I for one demand that mine be heard. There are ways to break a lease without bankrupting someone, especially when management has not followed through with maintenance requests... which is actually a valid excuse to break a lease. Additionally, this community is filthy and I have more than enough documentation to prove that. In fact, I have an entire folder on my computer to document that and everything I am saying if you would like access to it I would be happy to share it with you. I am sure the management team here aren't "bad" people, but that does not make them "good" at their job, and it is not enough to make me keep quiet and not demand what I have paid for and demand what I deserve.
