In March of 2020 my daughter was tragically abuse by her Biological mother while I was at work. I was not able to tend too and argue with the mother while I was out making money being the only provider in the house. After 126 missed phones calls followed by a text each time from 12:13pm up until 3:59pm when I received the text from my daughter's mother of a video she made kicking, slapping and punching my 18 month old daughter for 36 dreaded seconds all while my daughter screamed and tried to crawl away!

After receiving the video and police reports files the mother was arrested on felony child abuse, and domestic battery/ bodily harm under 13 years of age. While in jail she went to court only to have her charges lessened to domestic battery and physical contact! Nothing about child abuse when there is a video plain as day and the courts have the video but chose not to use it in court! Crazy right!? 

After the mother going through the court processes and pleading guilty, she also failed to register for the first 6 months of her 10 year plea deal. Doing so prompted the courts to issues a bench warrant and a PTR ( petition to revoke) her conditional discharge. She then completed all services asked and PTR was removed and case was "closed" partially.  Her case will stay open for the remainder of the 10 years she has to register! 

Fast forward to today and yet again she has not registered for 4+ months! I have reached out to the Illinois State Police only to be referred to the local city police department. Yes the police department that clearly isn't doing their job for the last 4 months. After speaking with them all I was told is that if she comes into contact with police she will be going into custody. Yep that's a IF!!!! A violent offender against youth/ murderer is what she registers as and the police just let her freely walk the street non compliant with lawful orders! No attempt to go find her and put in her custody, no regard to the fact I am the father protecting my two children from such a monster with very little PUBLIC INFORMATION to go off of! Rightfully so my daughter deserves proper justice that Kankakee has failed to give her! 

Kankakee County needs to get ontop of this before she goes and commits another crime or abuses yet another child! Stop giving her a slap on the wrist and actually treat and convict her like MALE or a father who abused their kids!!  Let's get this petition signed so Kankakee County can properly convict this violent criminal who just loves swindling the law! Also to add to it, there is a third child out there by another father that she has no contact with just like my two children! 

Update! The Kankakee County States attorney's business Facebook page as well as private Facebook page both keep removing their tags in all of my post! Clearly they don't care about this child abuser walking the streets and furthering to disregard the law! What a wonderful County to raise your kids in!!!!!
