I am a resident of Wisconsin and a victim of illegitimate deprivation of private property. My house was illegally taken from me due to the city claiming ownership. This is a violation of the rights outlined in Article 1 S14 of the Declaration of Rights, establishing Allodial Title.

The Allodial Title refers to "Feudal tenures; leases; alienation" in the universal citation of our Declaration of Rights. It posits that ultimate ownership of land should remain with the individual, not any governing body. Yet, too many Wisconsin residents and I have been forcibly and wrongfully stripped of this right.

The implications of such occurrences type are far-ranging and concerning. It infringes on our rights, threatens our security, and compromises the established doctrine of property laws. This is not just about a single story of illegitimate dispossession: it represents a broader trend of infringement on individuals' property rights.

We need to enact change. We must insist that the state of Wisconsin fully acknowledge and adhere to the principles set forth in Article 1 S14 of the Declaration of Rights. By doing this, we ensure that the rights of the individual are prioritized, and secure the rightful landownership for all citizens.
