As a concerned parent in North Ridgeville, I cannot overlook the numerous instances where drivers have blatantly ignored the safety protocols of school buses throughout our community. Sadly, my own children, along with others in our neighborhood, have been put at risk by negligent drivers illegally passing while they are exiting the school bus. This heart-stopping danger is not a rare occurrence, but a persistent threat that we must address for the safety of all children.

Moving to a similar system would allow North Ridgeville to better protect its students and hold negligent drivers accountable.
