The current structure of Ms. Lucas's classes in Dublin requires us to take three tests for our final assessment. This has been quite difficult for many students, including myself and my friends. These tests are not only stressful but also do not fully capture our understanding and appreciation of the language and culture we are studying.

Mr. Couris's class on the other hand, get to do a project. Projects allow us to demonstrate our knowledge in a more comprehensive and engaging way. They encourage creativity, critical thinking, and practical application of what we've learned throughout the year. By requiring projects instead of tests for our final assessment in both world language classes, we can foster a more enriching educational experience.

But in the end, it all boils down into one simple question.

Why do they get to do a project, which is objectively better and easier, while we have to study for 3 very difficult tests?
