Our workdays at Standard Motor Products have been significantly hampered by the current communication practices of Brad Wetzel, Automation Manager. Colleagues are finding it difficult to comprehend his messages, as Brad insists on speaking into his walkie talkie when it is facing in the opposite direction. This neglect of proper walkie talkie usage not only affects productivity, but also creates a stressful work environment.

Other employees and I have brought this issue to Brad's attention several times, but to no avail. This corroborates the experiential evidence that we face each day, which indicates that clear communication is essential to a functional work environment.

We believe that nobody should have to go through their workday with these unnecessary hurdles.
