I became a patient at Valley Dental in New Hartford NY, operated by Dr. Honey Ojha, for basic dental work, and cleanings. 

I was informed I required several fillings, and root canals. I've since been informed by my current dentist the majority of the work was not needed, much less to the degree it was done.

Of the 5 "fillings" she did, 4 required crowns from the extend of drilling to be corrected , and the remaining filling had to be redone as well.

I wasn't aware that the one root canal I had done by her "failed" until recently when my entire face became swollen with infection, and required lancing. The root canal procedure she did took a mere 12 minutes at the time.

I now have permanent nerve damage in 1/3 of my face that's caused paralysis, and will have to have the tooth extracted.

Despite contacting NYS's OPP Department, nothing seems to have come of the complaint.

Her office's reviews are littered with similar stories from patients needing all work preformed by her to be redone, unneeded extractions, and poorly preformed root canals.

Several other patients mention her confusing their XRAYS with other patients, and her preforming incorrect drilling, and extractions.

Despite contacting her office in hopes of a resolution, she takes zero responsibility for her poor work.
