Subject: Request to Postpone PGCET 2025 Exam Due to Clash with Final Semester Undergraduate University Exams

Respected Sir/Madam,

We, the undersigned students and stakeholders, would like to bring to your kind attention a serious scheduling conflict concerning the PGCET 2025 examination tentatively scheduled for 22nd June 2025.

It has come to our notice that this date coincides with the final (6th) semester examinations of various undergraduate courses such as B.Com, BBA, BCA, BBM, and BA, conducted by several universities across Karnataka. A large number of aspirants who are in their final semester of graduation are now placed in a difficult situation of having to choose between their university final exams and the PGCET — a gateway for their future academic aspirations.

This unfortunate overlap will cause thousands of eligible candidates to miss the opportunity to appear for PGCET, which directly affects their higher education goals and causes immense mental stress and logistical challenges.

Therefore, we humbly request the Karnataka Examination Authority to kindly reschedule the PGCET 2025 examination to a later date that does not conflict with the ongoing undergraduate semester examinations. We believe this decision will be in the best interest of all stakeholders and uphold the accessibility and fairness of the admission process.

We hope the KEA will take this matter into urgent consideration and provide a revised examination schedule at the earliest.

Thanking you,

Yours sincerely,
