Dear Administration,

We, the undersigned students of Alabama A&M University, are writing to formally request that all students be granted passing grades for the current semester due to the ongoing and severe outage of the Blackboard system.

The Blackboard outage has significantly disrupted our ability to access course materials, submit assignments, and participate in assessments. This technical issue, which is beyond our control, has created an unfair academic environment and has hindered our ability to perform to the best of our abilities.

Given the circumstances, we believe it is only fair and just to pass all students for this semester. We understand that this is an extraordinary request, but these are extraordinary times, and the integrity of our academic performance has been compromised through no fault of our own.

We appreciate your understanding and consideration of this matter and hope for a favorable resolution that supports the academic success and well-being of all students.
