The Issue
We, the concerned members of Galt Towers Condominium Association, Inc. are calling for the Board of Directors to consider replacing the current management company, KWPMC, with a new management company, independent and /or private party manager.
Reasons for Petition:
1. Lack of Accountability: The current management company has shown a lack of accountability in managing our community. Important issues such as maintenance, audit, budgeting, and communication have been neglected, leading to dissatisfaction among residents.
2. Poor Communication: Communication between the management company and residents has been inadequate. Important notices and updates are often delayed or not shared with all residents, causing confusion and frustration.
3. Financial Mismanagement: There have been concerns raised regarding the management company's handling of financial matters. Transparency in financial reports and budgeting decisions is essential for the well-being of our community.
4. Inefficiency and Ineffectiveness: The current management company has demonstrated inefficiency in addressing resident concerns and resolving maintenance issues in a timely manner. This has led to a decline in the overall quality of living in our community.
5. Lack of Resident Input: Residents feel that their voices are not being heard and their concerns are not being addressed by the current management company. A private party may provide more personalized and resident-focused management.
Therefore, we, the undersigned, respectfully request the Board of Directors to consider replacing the current management company, KWPMC, with a reputable private party that will prioritize accountability, transparency, communication, efficiency, and resident input.
We believe that a new management approach is necessary to enhance the quality of living in Galt Towers Condominium Inc and promote a positive and harmonious living environment for all residents.
