Pettion asking the Univeristy of Arkansas for the following.

1. Publicly express its solidarity with and support for Gaza's destroyed universities, its murdered students, faculty, administrators and support staff.

2. Offer scholarships to displaced Gaza university students who are qualified and have no local educational options. Offer fellowships and visiting teaching positions to qualified professors from Gaza while their institutions are out of operation.

3. Organize books  drive to assist Gaza's institutions of higher learning in rebuilding their destroyed libraries. Organize efforts to help Gaza's universities rebuild and restock their scientific laboratories.

4. Divest from those companies that derive their profits from their involvement in Israel's war machine.

5. Work to create a campus climate where these issues can be discussed freely and openly. Invite speakers involved in education in Gaza and the West Bank to campus in order to better inform the community about these issues.

The signatures on this petition will be shared with the University alongside the requests, with the goal of making a change benefiting Palestinians.
