76 year old Ruth Jenkins went missing Friday July 15th 2022 in the Pineville Area of Berkeley County. Testimonies say that she "wandered" off. Her last known appearance was on a neighbors door cam were she appeared to be tired and dehydrated. Since then it has been revealed that Mrs. Jenkins was staying in unacceptable housing conditions with her son. There are many alarming questions to this case.

After 1 month of strenuous efforts of foot searches, ATVS, boats, drones and more no answers have came yet. 

We as a community NEED to find our missing elder. We are requesting that sheriff Lewis or Solicitor Scarlett Wilson approve our request to bring SLED in to help with this case. 

The Sheriff and Solicitor are the only two  with the power to approve SLED helping

We believe this would increase the chances of finding the truth of what happened with our elder.
