I am raising a concern about an individual who to me, seems unsuitable for a role of significant responsibility at Princess Anne Middle School - the Head Baseball Coach. This individual routinely demonstrates favoritism, negligibly toward certain parents, their children, and affiliated travel ball organizations. Moreover, his commitment to the team seems to be lacking as evidenced by his recurring tardiness or even absence at team tryouts, practices, and games.

The predicament does not end here. It was revealed that the coach was living or had lived with one of his player's parents, which can present a potential conflict of interest. Such a relationship can undermine the spirit of fair play, leading to biases and favouritism.

Furthermore, this coach has previously been dismissed from several coaching roles within travel organizations - highlighting a pattern of questionable behavior and conduct unbecoming of a coach.

These issues underline a deep-rooted problem that needs to be addressed for the sake of the student-athletes at Princess Anne Middle School, their love for the game of baseball, and their faith in a fair, impartial system. A coach must be a role model, an epitome of fair play and integrity, and it is disturbing to note that the current head coach falls short of these expectations.
