We, the viewers, subscribers, and automotive enthusiast community, write this petition with a heavy heart. For years, we have looked to MotorInc as a beacon of integrity and "clean" journalism in an industry often clouded by corporate bias. However, recent and persistent reports regarding the internal treatment of your staff have created a crisis of trust that cannot be ignored.

It has come to our attention via multiple accounts from employees and their associates that:

Salary Arrears: There are significant, multi-month delays (up to 5 months) in the payment of salaries for production, editorial, and tech staff.

Employee Distress: Members of your team are reportedly facing severe financial hardship, including the inability to pay rent and basic living expenses, while being expected to maintain high-quality output.

Lack of Transparency: Instead of addressing these concerns, there appears to be an active effort to censor and delete comments from the community asking for clarification on these matters.

Our request: As a community that fuels your platform through memberships, views, and trust, we require the following:

A Public Clarification: We ask for a formal statement acknowledging the current financial status of the company and a transparent explanation for the reported payment delays.

A Commitment to Dues: A public roadmap or timeline for when all pending salaries, including those of former employees who have left, will be cleared in full.

Cessation of Censorship: We ask that the management stops blocking or deleting civil inquiries from the community regarding employee welfare. Transparency is a core value MotorInc preaches; we ask that you practice it.

Accountability for Culture: An internal commitment to ensuring a safe, respectful, and dignified work environment for the talented individuals who make your content possible.

Conclusion: MotorInc often tells its viewers that "integrity matters." We believe that integrity starts at home. We do not wish to see MotorInc fail, but we cannot in good conscience support a platform that reportedly fails to provide for the basic livelihoods of its own creators.

We, your audience, have supported this vision because we believed that your commitment to the truth extended beyond the camera lens. However, a brand cannot be 'clean' if its foundations are built on the unpaid labor and mental distress of its creators.

We urge you to handle this crisis with the same transparency you demand from the manufacturers you review. Clear the doubts, pay your people, and prove that the integrity of MotorInc is more than just a marketing slogan.
