Request for Review of Repeated Harassment and Targeted Content on YouTube

Request for Review of Repeated Harassment and Targeted Content on YouTube
The Issue
We, the undersigned members of the online community, respectfully request that YouTube conduct a formal review of content published by The MicDrop BBQ. One of his video’s defaming another creator’s character; stating as fact that he is a DL gay man without proof or evidence.
Over an extended period of time, this channel has repeatedly posted videos targeting a creator by the name of Dontay London and now adding other creators to the list with:
• Ongoing personal accusations presented as factual claims.
• Repeated labeling of individuals with unverified mental health diagnoses.
• Assertions regarding individuals’ sexual orientation presented as fact.
• Allegations of harmful or criminal behavior without substantiated evidence.
• Sustained content focused primarily on discrediting specific creators.
• Showing firearm and making threats.
YouTube’s Community Guidelines prohibit targeted harassment, violence, prolonged malicious attacks, and content that demeans individuals based on protected characteristics. The guidelines also address harmful false allegations and repeated targeting.
This petition does not seek censorship of opinion or healthy commentary. Public discourse and criticism are part of the creator ecosystem. However, when commentary shifts into sustained personal targeting and allegations framed as fact, it raises concerns about compliance with platform standards.
We respectfully ask YouTube to:
• Review the channel in question for potential violations of the Harassment & Cyberbullying Policy.
• Assess whether repeated targeting of individuals meets the threshold for policy enforcement.
• Apply consistent enforcement of Community Guidelines to protect the integrity of the platform.
Our goal is to promote a creator environment where disagreement does not become prolonged personal targeting.
We request a fair and policy-based review.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
