We, the residents of the Cimarron and Bell Tower/Burning Tree subdivisions in Victoria, Texas, 77904 would like to formally request that the addition of speed bumps and the lowering of the residential speed limit from 30 mph to 25 mph be approved.

For an increasing amount of time, it has become evident that there is an issue with vehicles speeding around corners, nearly missing small children at play, hitting pets and other animals, and leaving them dead on the roads, and being a general nuisance to other neighbors.

It is with great urgency and concern that we request the city of Victoria to approve and implement this request to take action in this, our residential neighborhood.
