We, the undersigned parents and guardians of students at Willshire E.S, respectfully request the York Region District School Board and the school administration to reconsider the recent changes to the start and end times at Willshire E.S.

The change was made without proper consultation with the families it directly impacts, causing significant disruption to childcare, transportation, work schedules and family routines.

We request a thorough review of this decision with full community consultation and ask that changes affecting school schedules be paused or reconsidered until appropriate engagement has taken place.

We believe that collaboration and communication are essential for the well-being of our children and families.
