Dear Sir, 

I hope this letter finds you well. This letter is to humbly request and bring your attention to issues with regards to errors of grades recording in the institution. There have been instances were students grades are wrongly recorded or not recorded at all. As students  of this prestige private university, our cries should be heard and complaints addressed. The exam recording officers should ensure the uploading of accurate grades of students on their respective portals and should be held accountable in their dealings. This is not in anyway written to accuse or point fingers as humans are prone to make mistakes. I will humbly request that the paragraph in the student handbook with records to corrections of grades should be adhered too and also the grade request on our portals should be activated. We request that you grant a compelling order to all the departments of the institution to respond to the cries of the students who have been immensely affected by this with immediate effect. Some students have issues ranging from various levels that they have passed through and are not corrected. We want you sir, to allow students to either request for a remarking or cross checking of a student’s script to ensure whether or not the grade on the script is what is reflected on the portal of the student from any past or current level of their choice and feedback should be given within a period of five working days.  acceptance to this request will affect the lives of the students positively. This letter has been written now to ensure that the final grade( CGPA) of the students are correct and the hard work of such a student at the end of the day is heavily rewarded. Your kindness and empathy towards enforcing this grant will go a long way sir and will impact on the students in ways you never. It may seem small but it is a great deal for the affected students. We anticipate your positive response to this and enforce on all departments to make the corrections before the forthcoming examinations and at any order time during the course of our stay in Nile University.
