The Issue

Arrest Docket: Sarah J Fields (2012)

We concerned citizens and communities who believe that all children have the right to grow up in a safe, stable, and nurturing environment.

In light of Sarah Jessica Jones-Fields’ current pregnancy, we respectfully urge Child Protection Agency to reinvestigate her past involvement in a child welfare case from 2012, which involved allegations of child abandonment and endangerment.

Jones-Fields has also recently placed her unborn child in a stressful and potentially harmful situation by voluntarily inserting herself into the high-profile, emotionally charged national “self-defense” case involving Karmelo Anthony.

Most recently, she targeted Anthony, a minor at the time of “his incident,” in a series of negative social media posts, raising serious concerns about her judgment and focus during a sensitive time in her pregnancy.
This type of public behavior—especially involving another minor—demonstrates a troubling disregard for boundaries and emotional stability.

📎 Relevant Case Facts:

Court Case Number: 241-1482-13

Allegations: Child Abandonment and Child Endangerment (related to her teenage children)
Court Disposition: Deferred Adjudication Entered
Court Date: March 31, 2014

These facts demonstrate that a legal process acknowledged the seriousness of the allegations, even if the disposition did not result in a conviction. Deferred adjudication is not an acquittal—it typically reflects an agreement that avoids a trial but accepts a degree of responsibility under supervision.

With a new child soon expected, we believe there is a public and ethical responsibility to re-examine whether circumstances have improved or if risks remain. If no issues are present, then the reinvestigation will reaffirm her current suitability as a caregiver. If concerns persist, early intervention could be life-changing—or even life-saving—for the child.

⚖️ Our Request:

We respectfully ask that the appropriate child protection agency:

  • Review the 2012–2014 case history involving Sarah Jessica Jones-Fields.
  • Assess current living conditions and care capacity.
  • Prioritize the safety and welfare of any children in her care now or in the future.

Our goal is not to punish, but to protect. Every child deserves a secure start in life—and every community benefits when concerns are addressed with care, transparency, and integrity.
