درخواست بازنگری فوری در مدیریت بخش فارسی صدای آمریکا

 همواره چراغ راهی از اطلاع‌رسانی و امید برای مخاطبان فارسی‌زبان در سراسر جهان بوده است. با این حال، مدیریت اخیر بخش فارسی، تحت رهبری آقای علی جوانمردی، موجب ایجاد فاصله قابل توجهی میان صدای آمریکا و مخاطبانش شده است. بسیاری از بینندگان معتقدند که مدیریت فعلی، احساسات و نیازهای مخاطبان ایرانی را به درستی نمایندگی نمی‌کند؛ موضوعی که برای حفظ یک رسانه بی‌طرف و نماینده دیدگاه‌های متنوع، بسیار حیاتی است.

بر اساس یک نظرسنجی اخیر، بیش از ۹۵ درصد از ایرانیان اعلام کرده‌اند که دیدگاه‌های ارائه‌شده توسط آقای جوانمردی با احساسات و نظرات عمومی جامعه همسو نیست. این آمار چشمگیر نشان‌دهنده نارضایتی گسترده از مسیر فعلی بخش فارسی است. حفظ اعتبار و اعتماد مخاطبان برای صدای آمریکا ضروری است و این امر تنها با اطمینان از آنکه مدیریت، بازتاب‌دهنده دیدگاه‌های متنوع بوده و نسبت به پویایی‌های فرهنگی و سیاسی ایران حساس باشد، محقق می‌شود.

برای رسیدگی به این مسئله، ما پیشنهاد می‌کنیم تغییراتی در مدیریت بخش فارسی صدای آمریکا صورت گیرد. این تغییر باید شامل انتصاب مدیریتی باشد که نماینده طیف گسترده‌تری از دیدگاه‌های جامعه ایرانی بوده و توانایی برقراری ارتباطی منصفانه و بی‌طرفانه با مخاطبان را داشته باشد.

علاوه بر این، پیشنهاد می‌شود ارزیابی‌های منظم و نشست‌های آزاد برگزار شود تا مخاطبان بتوانند بازخورد ارائه دهند و نگرانی‌های خود را مطرح کنند. این رویکرد نه‌تنها شفافیت را افزایش می‌دهد، بلکه تضمین می‌کند صدای آمریکا همچنان همسو با نیازها و ترجیحات مخاطبان خود باقی بماند.

ضروری است که آژانس رسانه‌های جهانی ایالات متحده (USAGM) در راستای حفظ یکپارچگی و کیفیت اطلاعات ارائه‌شده به مخاطبان فارسی‌زبان، اقدام فوری انجام دهد. تغییر مدیریت در بخش فارسی صدای آمریکا گامی قاطع برای بازسازی اعتماد و بهبود ارتباط با مخاطبان ایرانی خواهد بود.

Voice of America (VOA) has long been a beacon of information and hope for Persian-speaking audiences across the globe. However, recent management in the Persian service, under the leadership of Mr. Ali Javanmardi, has caused a significant disconnect between VOA and its audience. Many viewers feel that the current leadership misrepresents the sentiments and needs of Iranian viewers, which is a critical issue in maintaining an unbiased and representative media platform.

According to a recent survey, over 95% of Iranians express that the views presented by Mr. Javanmardi do not align with the broader public sentiment. This staggering statistic highlights a significant dissatisfaction with the current direction of the Persian service. It is crucial for VOA to retain its credibility and trust among its viewers by ensuring that the management accurately reflects diverse perspectives and is sensitive to the cultural and political dynamics of Iran.

To address this issue, we propose a change in management within the VOA Persian service. This change should involve appointing leadership that is more representative of the diverse perspectives within the Iranian community and is capable of engaging with its audience in a manner that is both fair and unbiased.

Additionally, we encourage the implementation of regular assessments and open forums that allow the audience to provide feedback and voice concerns. This approach will not only enhance transparency but will also ensure that VOA remains in tune with its audience's preferences and needs.

It is essential that the U.S. Agency for Global Media acts promptly to maintain the integrity and quality of information disseminated to Persian-speaking audiences. A management change within VOA's Persian service is a decisive step towards re-establishing trust and improving communication with the Iranian audience.
