Andrew Arnold, identified as XB6425/A1034AH, currently being held at HMP Garth, Leyland, Preston. 

Andrew was a young autistic man in 2006 when he received a sentence of one year and 271 days. 
However, Andrew remains incarcerated almost 20 years later.

 This is a situation that is unjust and unacceptable, highlighting a critical need for public transparency and accountability from the prison system.

We are requesting that a public hearing be held on the 25th of February, 2026, This hearing will allow for some transparency, accountability and justice
