The intersection at Monterrey Oaks and Staggerbrush is dangerous especially for families and children at school drop off and pick up times.

We are asking Austin Transportation Department and Safe Routes to School work together to make this a four way stop and/or flashing lights for this cross walk.

We are asking Police to help monitor this intersection at school drop off and pick up.

We are asking caring parents and community members to consider small gifts and/or treats for the lone crossing guard at this intersection. Cooling towels, a portable fan, and Coca Cola are some ideas.
