Sexual harassment in schools remains widespread because institutions often fail to take complaints seriously, leaving students, parents, and teachers to stay silent out of fear, shame, or blame.

Our campaign, "Report. Reform. Repeat.," pushes schools at every level to properly handle harassment reports through safe, anonymous reporting systems, mandatory staff training, and real consequences for offenders. Guided by Liberal Feminism, we frame this not as a problem requiring total institutional overhaul, but as a failure of existing systems to enforce their own policies fairly.

The goal is equal treatment under the rules already in place. This shaped our approach: rather than dismantling school structures, we advocate reforming them–improving policy enforcement, strengthening accountability, and ensuring every voice, especially those most overlooked like female, male, LGBTQ+, and low-income students, is heard and protected.
