Therefore, we respectfully request that the Mullen Automotive Board of Directors take immediate action to replace Mr. Michery with someone who has a strong focus on production, a proven track record of success, and the ability to address serious issues affecting the company's future. We believe that this change in leadership is necessary to ensure the long-term success of Mullen Automotive and to restore investor confidence in the company.
