I am just one of many residents of Sofia, Bulgaria, who have encountered the social issues around НДК (the National Palace of Culture). This spot has become a hotspot for illicit activities, including the misuse of opium crack, and it's degrading our beloved city. Furthermore, its massive size in the heart of the city is not being utilized efficiently. This is not just my concern, but a public one.

My proposition is to replace НДК with something more valuable and engaging for the community - a casino. By introducing a responsible and carefully regulated commercial establishment such as a casino, we can boost our local economy and offer more recreational opportunities for locals and tourists alike.

Statistical data from other cities has shown that well-regulated casinos can contribute substantially to local economies, increase employment rates, and aid in city beautification. Additionally, a casino, with its need for tight security, could help remedy the current issues by driving out illicit activities around its premises.
