He has been at the helm for seven seasons, yet he hasn’t managed to lead us past the first round of playoffs. This is unacceptable for a team with ambitions to rise to the top.

Off the ice, we've seen a disconnect between Ramsay’s approach and what is needed to inspire our talented squad to greatness. He fails to challenge crucial calls that could turn the tide of the game, often opting for a passive stance during intense matches. His strategies lack innovation, and it's clear that new leadership could better harness the abilities of our players.

On the ice, the coaching decisions have been continually lackluster. Poor play calls and ineffective tactics have resulted in consistent underperformance. The team needs someone who can motivate, inspire, and lead them towards success—someone like assistant coach Travis Clayton.

Travis Clayton has demonstrated his ability to engage the players, foster their growth, and craft effective strategies. He is respected among the team and fans alike for his proactive approach and intimate knowledge of the game. Clayton is primed to take our beloved team to new heights where Ramsay has been unable.
