Replace the headteacher of Blackfen School For Girls

Replace the headteacher of Blackfen School For Girls
The Issue
I am a student that has recently left Blackfen School For Girls after completing my A-Levels. We used to have an amazing headteacher (Mr Brown) before he retired at the end of the spring term. He was then replaced by Ms Senior. However, students are not happy with this. Blackfen is all about having a community and this seems to have disappeared. Our form groups have been changed to one year group which means the younger students now have no positive role models to look up at. As well as this, there are new rules that have made the school feel like an unhappy place to be at. We would like Ms Senior to leave and have her replaced by someone who understands our ethos.
Our ethos is about raising aspirations and releasing potential. Part of this is through our showcases where students can share their talents and passion with other people from school and build up their confidence. As well as this, we have Discover Days at the end of the academic year for students in KS3. They do different activities that they might not have ever tried before such as watersports or Go Ape. This helps students to realise what they can do if they have the resilience.
