As a resident of Kensington Apartments, I am compelled to take action against the troubling behaviors of the current manager, Ira-Lorenzo  Hill. Known as LD.

There have been countless incidents involving harassment, intimidation, retaliation, and discrimination under his management. This kind of conduct has profoundly negative effects on the community and has left many of us living in fear and discomfort.

Notably, Austin, Texas, where Kensington Apartments is located, has endured a reported increase in housing-related discrimination cases in recent years (City of Austin 2019 Report). The harassment and intimidation displayed by management towards residents of the Kensington Apartments is a stark reflection of this statistic, illustrating the urgent need for action.

Replacing Ira-Lorenzo Hill sends a strong message that such behavior will not be tolerated. It is essential for the wellbeing of residents, and will immensely improve the quality of life within our community.
