Homeowners at Redhawk at Rogers Ranch are coming together to take back control of their community! The current HOA president has been acting outside of the bylaws regarding elections and decisions that affect all of its residents. Non-performance of daily duties regarding answering questions and concerns of our homeowners is an ongoing battle. The conduct of our HOA president has also come into question. The current HOA President is allowing for ongoing issues that affect the ability to enjoy our homes as well as have a negative impact on our home's values. We are proposing to replace the president with one of the current board members and add 3 new board members for a total of 5. This is the usual standard for an HOA board, and helps keep all members accountable and honest, as well as lighten the workload of each of these volunteer positions.
