In 20 years of renting, I've never had such an unpleasant experience. I was shown a unit prior to moving in that was completely different from the one I ended up moving into. I was told I would receive 6 months FREE parking and charged anyway.

Today my car was towed from my own personal spot that I pay for because management failed to give me my parking sticker. When I went to get my sticker, management refused to speak with me while on lunch… at 2pm. 

The current management, led by [Redacted], is horrible. They tow vehicles from paid-for parking spots and are non-responsive to maintenance requests. The office workers have a high turnover rate, indicating poor working conditions. The late fees are outrageous at $200, and lawyer fees reach $350 before being 30 days late on rent.

Additionally, there is not enough parking space which leads to predatory ticketing and towing practices. The apartment units are cold with cheap paint jobs and insect issues.

We demand immediate action: replace [Redacted] as manager and reform the management practices at Belleville Apartments for better living conditions for all residents.
