We, the tenants of Avalon White Plains, are deeply concerned about the constant false fire alarms being triggered in our home. The recurring false fire alarms at Avalon White Plains violate the warranty of habitability (Real Property Law Sec. 235- B), compromising tenants' right to a safe and peaceful living environment. 

False fire alarms occur at all hours of the day and night, causing unnecessary panic and inconvenience among residents. These false alarms have desensitized us to the importance of fire safety measures, making it increasingly difficult to distinguish between a real emergency and a false alarm.

We believe that the current approach of "fixing" the faulty fire alarm system is ineffective and unsustainable. It's time for management to take decisive action and replace the malfunctioning system with a reliable one that ensures the safety of all residents.

We urge Avalon White Plains management to prioritize the safety and peace of mind of its tenants by investing in a new system that does not put all of our lives at risk.
