Replace Elon Musk With A True Advocate For Free Speech

The Issue

The following are examples of what is not true free speech:

  1.  degradation of especially women whom cannot have children or have chosen to not have children for multiple reasons (including medical issues and generational trauma)
  2. Including misogyny, bigotry. (Bigotries such as Antisemitism have also increased under Elon Musk’s CEOship)
  3. incitement and other enablement of lawless behavior, including doxxing and deepfake pornography

X (formerly Twitter) has enabled — and even encouraged — the abuse of free speech to go on long enough under the CEOship of Elon Musk. Elon Musk unfortunately has the right to his bigoted views. He does not have the right to abuse the freedom of speech to incite criminality and other abuse against others.

When Elon Musk first became the CEO of X (formerly Twitter), many of us gave him the benefit of the doubt, and assumed in good faith that he would not abuse his CEOship. Now we realize that we were mistaken in thinking that Elon Musk would actually use free speech responsibly, and even abide by X’s (Twitter‘s) own standards—which prohibit abuses of free speech. We therefore call on X (Twitter) do you replace Elon Musk with the CEO whom understands that free speech comes with responsibility, and that responsibility excludes and even punishes misogyny, racism (including Antisemitism), and other forms of bigotry.

While Linda Yaccarino is the official CEO at present, Elon Musk’s X Corp. owns and operates X (formerly Twitter); and Elon Musk has made clear that he has not really stepped away from being the de-facto CEO.
