Following one of the most strenuous exams of my life, I found myself in desperate need of a physical outlet for the stress I had endured. I found relief in my vision of a pool table in our school's conference room rather than the traditional table. Considering the high pressure and intense stress levels the students often face, introducing a pool table could act as a simple yet effective tool to alleviate student strains. Studies show providing relaxation areas with leisure activities can significantly reduce stress and improve mental health (source: American Psychological Association). Developing such spaces is not just about entertainment, it's about wellbeing, academic performance, and fostering a supportive environment.
