There has been many cases starting from oneplus 8 series that it develops a green line on screen and when you visit service centre they search for scratch and physical damage and refuse replacement whereas this green line issue has emerged in many oneplus series phone which is due to manufacturing defect by the company, the phone which doesn't has any physical damage is also having such issue. The company should apologise to its customers making a public announcement and call back all the defective devices with green line even if it has physical damage as defective screen was used during manufacturing of phone and replace it with a new phone/screen.
