This petition started is intended as a testament to the amount of individuals, and families, that are committed in reopening Toggenburg Ski Area up again as The family Ski area that we all knew and loved.                                                      The purchase, and closing of the once preferred ski area, never to be reopened, was (and is) the goal of  Intermountain Management. The very same owner/proprietor of Intermountain Management is financially helped the candidate that claims plans for the area that results in its dissolution as a ski area. All the news articles and information is available on Syracuse. com.                                                                                               Onondaga County Supreme Court Judge Robert Antonacci is presiding over the Antitrust  case that was brought on the NYS Attorney General Letitia James. She had filed a Antitrust law suit against I.M. in 2022.
