Nor-Ski Runs used to help local students get outdoors during winter months.  It closed  2002.  Winter enthusiasts are stuck indoors during winter months.  The economic  benefits for the Decorah area would make it obvious for Nor-Ski Runs to reopen.  I think the winter outdoor sports at Nor-Ski would enhance a students college experience.  Let's reopen Nor-Ski Runs to enrich Decorah, IA more.
